Thanks to Cameron Ghassemi for his meal plan for me which I have been following for a few months now.  I had put on some fat after bulking for the first time and since following his strict diet plan and thanks to my brother’s help with workout routines I am now closer towards being lean muscle with abs.  He’s been much help and I’m proud to call him a friend.
