Stop Comparing Yourself to Others!
Be happy with yourself. I honestly cannot stress this enough. Now a days, everyone seems to get a warped sense of what is considered “fit” and “healthy” and “ripped.” I’m going to be straight up with you all. The Instagram fit models that you see everyday and aspire to be, well they create a false sense of reality. Do they look great? Sure of course they do, but that doesn’t mean you look great.
I can tell you from experience that getting that ripped six pack and shredded physique is not worth it to me personally. I am a 5’10” guy about 210lbs and I am in great shape. In fact, I am happier now than I was at 190lbs with a 6 pack.
See the thing is that my body puts on weight fast. Yes I eat healthy, but regardless I can’t keep a 6 pack for long, so I was constantly hungry and agitated. What O can tell you is that you can be happy with the body you have. As long as you are putting in work everyday to try and better your lifestyle, then thats all that matters.
Just think , you are better than the person you were yesterday. It takes time to get into shape, trust me I know…. 5 years later and I am still learning new things. Trial and error is key to develop a consistent regiment that works.
We all have low points in our life, you do you. Don’t compare yourself to what you see out there today. And plus, the Instagram models that post these photos don’t look the way they do year round. So don’t beat yourself up too much.
